Most boring of all the Little Blue Truck books I've had to read and re-read ad nauseam。 Count baby animals by lifting the flaps, but don't expect much substance, even by LBT standards。 Most boring of all the Little Blue Truck books I've had to read and re-read ad nauseam。 Count baby animals by lifting the flaps, but don't expect much substance, even by LBT standards。 。。。more

Just okay—a little disappointed because we loooovee the original Little Blue Truck。

Dallin Christensen

This is a super cute springtime book! Dallin loves lifting all the flaps to find the baby animals!

Copyright © 2018, Fiction, Spring, Seasons, Animals, Farm Life。I liked it when Blue Truck and his friend drove around and saw many animals。 One activity I could do with kindergarten students is to draw things that they can do during spring break。

This book is even better than the original。 It has some fold out flaps that my son adores。 They are just the right weight too。 Many popout books are just too flimsy and tear。 This one is a keeper。

The Kindle Version is not workingThe words in the Kindle Prime Unlimited version of this books is all messed up。 The tech team should look into it。

Heidi

Zero stars for the kindle library edition, which is corrupt and doesn’t include all the letters。

Disappointed The eversion is in a different language than English even tho the cover was in English。 Possible the wrong file was uploaded for the parts not “under the flaps” as those sections are correct。

Little Blue Truck and Toad drive through the countryside in springtime, greeting each baby animal as the go。 Flaps and silly repetition of “yoo-hoo” make a fun, lively read aloud for toddlers and preschoolers。 There’s some learning opportunities here with counting of the baby animals, learning baby animal names or sounds。 The illustrations are lovely with soft pastel colors for springtime。 Probably my least favorite of the Little Blue series but still worth reading。

Review originally from here: https://ashlynmadani。wixsite。com/them。。。"Yoo-hoo!" Yeah, I'm not sure why it says that throughout Little Blue Truck's Springtime。 When I first read this book, I was like, "What in the world did I just buy for my son?" Now, I've read it so much that I kind of like it。 That, or I just know how to read it out loud better。 Blue is taking a drive with his friend, Toad。 Along the way, they see their animal friends, like the cow and duck。 Then, you lift the flap and see the Review originally from here: https://ashlynmadani。wixsite。com/them。。。"Yoo-hoo!" Yes, as long as you can get past the "Yoo-hoo" throughout the book。 This is a great addition if your little one loves this series, and the flaps are great entertainment for them。 。。。more

Error with the bookI downloaded the book in two devices and both show the same error with the text。 It’s unreadable! There are no vowels at all。 Is there a way to fix this or download a fixed version?

This is one of my toddler son’s absolute favorite books and has been for months。 The illustrations are whimsical and engaging, with flaps to open on each page。 He loves the animals。 Like the other Little Blue Truck books this one has rhyming text that sweetly tells the story。 We’ve also found a fun activity in counting the baby animals。

Katie

It was fine。 Flaps are fun。 I wish there was more purpose to the numbers of animals that we encounter along the way。 And why are there random frogs that hop in the truck as it goes along?

A new book for us, so it's hard to say where it falls on the spectrum of Little Blue Truck books。 A new book for us, so it's hard to say where it falls on the spectrum of Little Blue Truck books。 。。。more

Good but not great。 My daughter wasn't engaged in this one like she has been with others in the series。 It was good and she liked some parts of it。 Glad we could read for free on kindle Good but not great。 My daughter wasn't engaged in this one like she has been with others in the series。 It was good and she liked some parts of it。 Glad we could read for free on kindle 。。。more

A spring pop up book for very young children of springtime on the farm with all sorts of surprises popping up。

Denise Lauron

This was a cute little book about the baby animals that appear in Spring。 I wasn't expecting a book with flaps to hide the rest of the story and the babies。 This was a cute little book about the baby animals that appear in Spring。 I wasn't expecting a book with flaps to hide the rest of the story and the babies。 。。。more

The online book is unreadable Is flip book and letters are missing on the ebook so it unreadable。 The pictures are nice but it cannot be read

Mandi Murphy

This is one of the better series of board books for little bitties。

Very popular at the library- on hold throughout spring。 Springy enough, but way too many yoo-hoos on MULTIPLE rereads。 Really glad this one gets returned。

Can’t read on kindle Kindle version unreadable, all letters are jumbled and words incomplete。 The pictures are nice but the words ruined it。 Also can’t figure out how it is supposedly “interactive”

This was Barnes & Noble's children's book of the month recently, so of course I read it。 Children who like trucks, who know the little blue truck (the little blue truck is its own series!), or who enjoy cute illustrations will likely love this addition to the Little Blue Truck family。 One thing I REALLY appreciated is the really sturdy flaps (it's a flap book, meaning there are flaps to be pulled down to see hidden animals and things)--the flaps were clearly made with children in mind!
